Slow kneading and long strokes are used to increase a general feeling of relaxation, improve circulation, reduce swelling from injury, speed the healing process and support a healthy lifestyle.
Prenatal Massage

The therapist focuses the treatment on specific areas to reduce pregnancy discomforts and enhance the emotional well-being of the mother. Regular prenatal massage relieves low back pain, reduces swelling in the extremities, lessens sciatic pain and reduces stress.
